This recipe comes from Realtor Barbara Thomas. It’s a super easy and delicious soup to make when you want something warm and hearty.
1-2 pounds of meat (your preference – sausage, beef, pork, chicken etc.
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 can white beans (I use navy beans)
1 can red beans
2 cans rotel (one mild, one hot or 2 of either)
32 oz. chicken broth
2 16oz bags of frozen turnip greens.
Saute meat and onion. Add everything else. Simmer 30 minutes.
Make a pan of cornbread and enjoy a great easy supper!
